About Me
My name is Josh Werner and I am a junior at Southwestern University. I am on the NCAA Men's Baseball team and I am majoring in Business, while minoring in Data Science. I created this blog to showcase and develop my passion for Journalism and Baseball, as well as Sports/Data Analytics.
My Story
I first developed my love for writing from my mom, who during my childhood I would see writing chapters of her books on her computer. Seeing her love for writing and expressing her creativity made me always love writing essays and doing research projects throughout school. Also, I have played baseball since the age of 4 and it has always been the sport that remains constant in my life. The lessons baseball has taught me has cultivated my passion in the sport and motivates me to write about various topics relating to it. Along with the support from friends and family at the start of my junior year, these factors are why I decided to start this blog to express my passion and grow my ability in writing.
